EM4i is an Enterprise Monitoring Solution for the IBM i platform, that allows Message Queue and Job Logs to be monitored for messages via Email, SMS Text, or Pushover Notifications. Ensure critical messages are not missed, without the need for your operations team to sign onto the system to respond to messages. EM4i complements Shield’s existing product range and adds to keeping your system highly available.
As with all Shield solutions EM4i is simple to configure and manage. Once set up your operations team can immediate begin monitoring remotely, ensuring no messages that require attention are missed. Security is maintained for your IBM i system through one way communication with the external web server, no inbound communication is required to your IBM i. The product also supports encrypted communications to the web server should it be required.
Provided as a Software as a service, with a monthly subscription model based on install instance. No annual maintenance or upfront capital costs to manage.
