Customer-driven enhancements in V4.3.3 reflect nuBridges' commitment to continual improvements to meet changing market requirements for controlled substance ordering, the company says.

nuBridges announced today the availability of nuBridges Exchange CSOS V4.3.3, the company’s controlled substance ordering system that automates Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Form 222 compliance. The new version is a product of customer requests to meet the changing market requirements for controlled substance ordering, including ease of use and integration with back-office applications.

V4.3.3 of nuBridges Exchange CSOS features a redefined user interface designed to make it even easier and faster for pharmacies and hospitals to order controlled substances using a virtual DEA Form 222 from pharmaceutical wholesalers or manufacturers. It also includes enhanced EDI support to streamline operations with back office systems and prevent the need for companies to implement separate processes for ordering different types of drugs. nuBridges’ easy-to-use solution delivers a breadth of implementation scenarios, from simple-and-fast, point-and-click installation, to more comprehensive back-office integration requirements.

“Version 4.3.3 is further testament to our commitment to listening to our customers to keep pace with market trends and make nuBridges Exchange CSOS the best controlled substance ordering system on the market,” said Kee Murray, nuBridges executive vice president of Product Development. “We have a long history with CSOS and believe these product enhancements make it even easier to use and implement. We actively solicit customer feedback so that our investment in the product’s evolution matches marketplace needs.”

nuBridges Exchange CSOS V4.3.3 also includes logging enhancements and support for creating custom mixture drug orders, which is of particular value to Compounding Pharmacies, and is certified on all of the most current Microsoft platforms.

nuBridges Exchange CSOS V4.3.3 is available now from nuBridges. More information is available at http://www.nubridges.com/solutions/e222/.
