In Version 9.0.2, IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience offers the following new capabilities, features, and enhancements:

 

Virtualization

Enhanced platform support for VMware allows Tealeaf components to be installed in a VMware virtual environment.

 

Globalization

Tealeaf now supports time zones with offsets relative to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) that are not full-hour offsets, such as India Standard Time (IST). Additionally, select Tealeaf administrative interfaces, which include the Tealeaf Portal, are translated to supported languages.

 

Mobile

Tealeaf CX Mobile delivers new features and enhancements that highlight customer struggle, provides actionable and detailed information, and brings exceptional visibility to the mobile customer experience.

 

Usability analytics: Tealeaf cxOverstat

Tealeaf cxOverstat extends usability overlays to native mobile applications to offer new mobile, customer insights. Additional improvements include enhancements to render fidelity for snapshots, faster overlay load times, and reduced data storage for Tealeaf cxOverstat events.

 

Tealeaf CX and Tealeaf cxImpact

Tealeaf CX and Tealeaf cxImpact offer a new, improved UI that is based on the common interface platform for IBM Experience One products. In addition, enhancements are delivered to Tealeaf alerts, data collection, pipeline memory allocation, and Tealeaf Document Object Model (DOM) events.

 

Integration with IBM Digital Analytics

Delivers enhancements to the integration of Digital Analytics Explore and Tealeaf CX.
