IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack for Power, V4.2 is an easy-to-deploy, simple-to-use cloud management offering that is built on the OpenStack Juno release designated to deliver multi-region hybrid support for IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack V4.2 clouds.

 

IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack for Power, V4.2 delivers full access to the OpenStack Juno APIs, backed with IBM support. New hybrid support for IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack enables multiple regions to be managed from a "single pane of glass."

 

Clients with IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack, V4.1 can seamlessly upgrade to IBM Cloud Manager with OpenStack, V4.2. Additionally, IBM Platform Resource Scheduler has been integrated for advanced scheduling capabilities. Product licensing has been simplified and is now based on the number of sockets on the server. 90-day trial use licenses will also be available for download on December 12, 2014.
