Miller and Atwood take on new responsibilities at the encryption company.

Patrick Townsend Security Solutions (PTSS) announced that Robbn Miller, the company's longtime customer service leader, has been promoted to the position of partner manager. This new position was created to provide increased emphasis on the importance that partnerships hold in the company. In her new role, Miller will be responsible for enhancing existing partnerships and building new strategic relationships.

"As much as I will miss working in product support," said Miller, "I am very excited to be developing this new position and working closer with our business partners. I intend to make those partnerships work better for our customers, our partners, and for PTSS. I’m excited to be a driving force behind this new initiative."

John Earl, PTSS president and CEO, said, "Partnerships are critically important to our company. They introduce our encryption technologies to new customers, and they show us new ways encryption and key management can be used in the enterprise. We’re underscoring the importance of our business partners with this promotion."

The opening in Customer Support created by Miller’s promotion has been filled by longtime Customer Support specialist Jeff Atwood. Atwood has been a member of the support team for six years.

"Both Robbn and Jeff have been key contributors to the past success of PTSS," said  Earl. “Going forward, I expect they will continue to contribute at high levels and will develop valuable relationships with customers and partners."
