Modules updated in this release:

• IBM Security Guardium Data Activity Monitor V10.1 continuously monitors all data access operations in near-real-time to detect unauthorized actions based on detailed contextual information: the who, what, where, when, and how of each critical data access.
• IBM Security Guardium Vulnerability Assessment V10.1 scans database infrastructures to detect vulnerabilities and suggests remedial actions.
• IBM Security Guardium for Files V10.1 provides insight into your document and file content, as well as your usage patterns.

Additionally, new part numbers to support running IBM Security Guardium Data Encryption for Linux™, UNIX™, and Windows™ on a Linux on z System are now available through Passport Advantage®. These new part numbers are completely unrelated to IBM Security Guardium Data Encryption for IMS™ and DB2® databases. That solution is available on Shopz.

IBM Security Network Appliance Accessory-XGS 7100 DC Power Conversion Kit

The IBM Security Network Appliance Accessory-XGS 7100 DC Power Conversion Kit allows the XGS 7100 appliances to plug into DC Power sources. It is now available through Passport Advantage.

The Security Network Appliance Accessory-XGS 7100 DC Conversion Kit is not required to run Guardium products. It is being offered as an option for servers and environments that run XGS 7100 products.
