IBM Security AppScan V9.0 delivers new enhancements:

 

Security AppScan Enterprise supports and manages an application security program, which allows clients to:

  • Classify and prioritize application assets based on business impact.
  • Establish application security assessment processes and policies.
  • Identify areas of highest risk and prioritize remediation.
  • Measure and communicate application security status to stakeholders.

 

Security AppScan Source V9.0 extends mobile application security capabilities by providing:

  • Integration with IBM Worklight and the ability to import Worklight projects.
  • Enhanced JavaScript analysis, that includes improved performance and additional language and framework support.
  • Support for the latest Apple mobile technologies, which include iOS 7, Xcode 5, and Mac OS 10.9.
  • Analysis support for hybrid mobile applications.

 

Security AppScan Standard V9.0 provides:

  • Extension of support for interactive application security testing (glass box) to Microsoft.NET applications.
  • An updated login management view of the configuration dialog box to enable more efficient session.
