IBM InfoSphere Optim V11.3 delivers a next-generation test data management platform leveraging IBM's BigInsights, and helps organizations mitigate risk with new data privacy capabilities and compliance reporting.

 

Data Privacy Enhancements

  • Masking functions available as cloud services in IBM's BlueMix, delivering a faster time to market and simplified deployment for cloud database offerings. These functions are part of the data services offered on IBM's BlueMix.
  • Improve governance with predefined actionable data privacy classifications and rules.
  • Deeper integration with the Information Governance Catalog, delivering policy-driven data privacy, integrated policy management, and helping to strengthen governance and security across big data projects.
  • New data privacy compliance reporting to help organizations easily understand their risk exposure.
  • Increased protection with Format Preserving Encryption.

 

The enhancements to InfoSphere Optim V11.3 Data Privacy will also be incorporated into the following related offerings:

Test Data Management Enhancements

Archiving Enhancements

  • New task-driven user interface for archiving, increasing productivity, and simplifying the user experience
