With BigInsights V2.1, you get Big SQL, which is a SQL interface for accessing data in Hadoop; high availability that eliminates administrator intervention and reduces downtime; and General Parallel File System - File Placement Optimizer (GPFS-FPO) support, which is an alternative file system to HDFS that brings Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) compliance and no single point of failure.
