IBM MQ Light V1.0 simplifies development of scalable and responsive applications on premise or in the cloud.

 

IBM MQ Light V1.0 delivers the following capabilities:

  • Makes it easy for developers to incorporate messaging into their applications to ensure their applications are responsive and easy to scale.
  • Includes an API that is available in a growing range of popular programming languages. The API is easy to learn with only four simple concepts, yet is powerful supporting different qualities of service and message distribution patterns.
  • Delivers an intuitive user interface to assist developers while they write their applications.
  • Allows users to just unzip the IBM MQ Light package and use the launch script to start IBM MQ Light. There is no configuration or administration required before a developer can start writing their code to use IBM MQ Light.
