HelpSystems, a leading provider of systems management, business intelligence, and security solutions, announced today an update to SEQUEL Data Warehouse (formerly RODIN), the industry-leading tool for data warehousing on IBM i. Version 8.0 introduces new and enhanced features that make it easier than ever to build and manage a data warehouse.

With SEQUEL Data Warehouse 8.0, event monitoring and error notification is significantly improved and expanded. Users can now receive automatic notifications whenever an event, such as a failed load, occurs.

“The better the notifications are, the easier it is to manage a data warehouse,” said Alan Jordan, Senior Development Manager, HelpSystems. “These enhancements give our customers better tools to monitor the data warehouse processes and ensure it always runs as expected.”

The latest update to SEQUEL Data Warehouse also makes project management within the data warehouse easier, modernizes the user interface, and includes updates to several other features.

HelpSystems offers a free 30-day trial of SEQUEL Data Warehouse, which includes full product access and support.
