HelpSystems Delivers Operations Dashboard for IBM i

HelpSystems, a leading provider of systems management, business intelligence, and security solutions, announced the release of a unified operations dashboard for IBM i. This new solution consolidates information from its Robot SCHEDULE job scheduling and Robot NETWORK performance monitoring software and allows users to manage it from a mobile-friendly web interface.

Following on the release of the web interface for Robot SCHEDULE earlier this year, the improved Robot NETWORK web interface creates a seamless user experience in the unified dashboard. Users are now able to select data from either product to build a tailored view that displays only the information they need to manage.

 

“Ensuring that the products look and act in a similar way is an important step in building the HelpSystems web and mobile platform into a single pane of glass,” says Jody Dahl, Software Development Manager, HelpSystems. “We’re also adding value for existing customers with a new feature for drilling down into performance details directly from the web interface.”

 

HelpSystems offers a free, 30-day trial of Robot NETWORK, which includes full product access and free support.
