IBM® DeepFlash Elastic Storage Server V5.0 provides a configurable flash-based storage offering to the Elastic Storage Server family. The offering includes:

  • Improved performance and rack density
  • DeepFlash storage with either 256 TB or 512 TB of flash storage
  • IBM Power® Linux™ servers with up to 20 processor cores and high-performance I/O bandwidth for optimal performance
  • IBM Spectrum Scale™ for IBM DeepFlash Elastic Storage Server, V4.2.2, which delivers the industry-leading, software-defined storage solution of IBM Spectrum Scale, as well as IBM Spectrum Scale RAID
  • Improved menu of priced service offerings, including networking and data center assessments and integrated solutions support

A stand-alone DeepFlash 150 drawer can be directly attached to the IBM Power S822L server.
