IBM Operational Decision Manager Pattern V8.0 enables scaling of business rule management projects. It's a combination of IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) and the operating system optimized to run in server virtualization environments.

 

This new support:

  • Is designed to accelerate the setup and management of complex, highly available Operational Decision Manager configurations that are pre-optimized for production use.
  • Enables you to focus critical resources on value add activities and less on installation, configuration,  and management.
  • Enables the expansion of  operational decision management throughout your company with customizable patterns.

 

IBM Operational Decision Manager Pattern provides the same capabilities as delivered in IBM Operational Decision Management V8.0.0.1 and can be used with IBM PureApplication System W1500.

 

Operational Decision Manager Pattern on Red Hat Enterprise Linux™ Server, V8.0

  • Provides support for on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server in x86 environments.
  • Optimizes IBM® Operational  Decision Manager for virtualized environments. This can enable higher hardware utilization, allowing you to spend less time on installation and configuration, and more time on strategic initiatives.
  • Is designed to accelerate the setup and management of complex, highly available Operational Decision Manager configurations that are pre-optimized for production use.
  • Manages installation and deployment of IBM Operational DecisionManager and the associated operating system in conjunction with IBM PureApplication System.
