Halcyon Software announced a strategic partnership today with Meridian IT, an information technology solutions company specializing in providing IT business solutions and services to large corporations. Meridian IT will offer its enterprise clients Halcyon’s portfolio of advanced monitoring and automation solutions for message and reporting management and job scheduling. Meridian IT will also be able to easily monitor its data-center users on a 24/7/365 basis.

Halcyon's multi-platform systems management solutions proactively monitor IT operations, dramatically reducing system operating and support costs. Additionally, Halcyon’s advanced job scheduling and spool file management solutions allow Meridian’s clients to work effectively with limited resources by automating many of their routine manual tasks.
Meridian IT is an iSeries expert and recently began growing its data center business to offer managed services for the iSeries platform. Meridian IT will use the Halcyon technology to efficiently deliver services to customers, manage multi-platforms, provide 24/7 monitoring without the need for staff on-site and automated hardware and software management. Additionally, Meridian IT will also resell Halcyon’s entire suite of software solutions to many of its customers.
