Sites showcase automated operations and data access solutions.

Help/Systems, a leader in system management software solutions for Power Systems servers running IBM i, has announced the launch of two new Web sites. The Help/Systems site, www.helpsystems.com, has been completely redesigned to incorporate ease-of-use with the latest information on automated operations. A new site, www.sequel-software.com, is dedicated exclusively to users of SEQUEL data access software and ABSTRACT, ESEND, and AnyDate productivity solutions. Both sites are ready to provide complete product information, downloads, and support, the company said.

Visitors to either site now can display information about each product, explore how the products help solve common business problems, and view customer postings in a forum. A Resource library provides a wide collection of useful information, including news articles, customer success stories, and even a free screen saver. Users seeking product training can register from a list of online training and Webinars. In addition, they can request implementation services, one-on-one consulting, or personalized training.

Registered users have access to even more information and services. A new customer account page makes it easy to register for the site and store system information, helping streamline the software download process. Users can post questions and respond to postings in the customer forum, view recorded Webinars, and access “how-to” Help/FACTS—empowering them to find answers to common software questions. A new product review feature lets users share their opinion of the products with other users.

Visit www.helpsystems.com and www.sequel-software.com to discover the new look, the wealth of information available, and the opportunities for support and training that each site offers.
