HelpSystems today announced the speaker lineup for its user conference, to be held June 2223 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. IT professionals from around the world will gather at the 2016 HelpSystems user conference, ShiftIT, to discuss the latest in operations management, cybersecurity, business intelligence, document management, and industry topics.

Guest speakers feature leading IBM i security experts Jeff Uehling of IBM, Carol Woodbury, and Robin Tatam; cloud infrastructure and business continuity leaders Keith Zblewski and Richard Dolewski; IBM i thought leader Tom Huntington; and IBM i Product Offering Manager Alison Butterill. Ben Wellington, data scientist, comedian, and columnist for The New Yorker, delivers the keynote address on thinking outside the box and using data as a catalyst.

“ShiftIT appeals to all IT professionals interested in learning more about industry trends, getting smarter on HelpSystems products, and networking with other leaders across all industries,” said Chris Heim, CEO, HelpSystems. “I’m really looking forward to spending time with our customers. This group helps shape the future of what we deliver by letting us know how we can improve as a software provider.”

For current HelpSystems customers, product training and free product certification tests are included in the conference registration fee. In-depth workshops are available separately as part of the pre-conference programming, to take place June 2021.
