Maybe the best feature of all, is that anyone can design a full-color, professional form in about 10 minutes, but absolutely No Programming is required.  The TLA Forms software watches for the IBMi spool files to be generated, and when a spool file is generated, TLA Forms creates a pdf file of the form that is archived to the ifs.  The form can be automatically printed and automatically emailed.
