Many organizations are looking for ways to reduce costs and find paperless report and document processing more efficient. SpoolFlex Report Management Added:

• Ability to Email and Convert directly from the IBM WRKSPLF and WRKOUTQ screens
• Enhanced emailing attachments increasing multiple attachments, number of attachments in a single zip file, and ability to specify *ALL when emailing attachments from a folder
• Improved user interface with simplified naming and file location formatting
  

FormFlex Forms and MICR Laser Check Management Added:

• PDFDirect for faster PDF output, smaller files and better image and color management allowing use of a single form for both print and PDF with identical results. Includes Simple form distribution in form header for simplified electronic distribution set up
• Barcode support for QR codes, PDF 417 in print and PDF without font requirement.
• Check Register to Secure Checks tracking check details, payee, print date, person that printed and even the total amount of the check run
  

MessageFlex System Notification

• Significant enhancements to expand capability to monitor system and program messages, jobs, job queues, subsystems and system resources.
• Added phone app compatible with iPhone and Android to allow administrators to view and reply to messages, view jobs running and more
  

DBXFlex Report Writer / Query Tool

• Extract data from IBM i database files and output reports directly to Excel, PDF and more
• Added ability to provide runtime variables to generate custom reports on the fly
• Added ability to join multiple database files together for custom report extraction
  

FlexTools Solution Suite:

• Added command to Find/Replace email address in address books
• Added command to Find/Replace User Profile in all places in software
• Added ability to view last start/stop/duration for each Spool Sentry
