Dr. CJ Rhoads is President and CEO of ETM Associates, a consulting firm of experienced executives dealing with enterprise, technology, and management issues. She was formerly a Vice President in the Finance Division at MBNA/Bank of America, and a Vice President in Information Systems for First USA/Bank One.
