Vivian Hall, Technical Consultant, has been in the IT industry since 1984. She has been with Help/Systems since 2001 and is a Robot Certified Specialist.

She supports Robot/SCHEDULE, Robot/SCHEDULE Enterprise, the Robot/SCHEDULE Interfaces to EnterpriseOne and SAP, Robot/REPLAY, Robot/CONSOLE, Robot/REPORTS, Robot/ALERT, Robot/UPS, Robot/TRANSFORM, and the Robot Browser Interface.

Before coming to Help/Systems, Vivian was a system administrator in a corporate IT department for more than 20 years, including working on mainframe systems for five years.
