Bishop Set to Supercharge Customer Services at Original Software

The 14-year veteran of the software testing company intends to elevate the role of the customer in Original's decision making. 

Original Software has announced that Stuart Bishop, previously head of Original Software's Development group, has been named to lead the company's Customer Services team. 

The move to elevate the company’s customer relations function supports the continued growth that Original Software is experiencing in the software testing market. Bishop’s main focus will be on driving service excellence in the company’s expanding customer base.
