Data Systems International, Inc. (DSI) has announced the latest expansion of its dcLINK suite of automated data capture applications: dcLINK Productivity Monitor.

Productivity Monitor is a web-enabled data analysis application for aggregating and graphically displaying key performance indicators (KPIs). It is designed for use by production managers, department heads, and other supervisors, who will use it to measure, compare, and manage operations wherever dcLINK is utilized.

"DSI is committed to providing accurate real-time data that adds value to our customers' business operations. dcLINK Productivity Monitor will provide the metrics our customers need to make informed, data-based business decisions and gain competitive advantage," said John Adams, DSI's chief technology officer and senior vice president of development.

dcLINK Productivity Monitor can be easily added to an existing dcLINK installation. Users select the dcLINK transactions that represent the KPIs they wish to monitor, such as receipts, movements, production, shipments, tasks completed, quantities, etc. Once configured, dcLINK Productivity Monitor automatically analyzes and summarizes the data.

dcLINK Productivity Monitor displays results graphically, which can be viewed using a Web browser. Users can drill down into the results for deeper analysis. The application can process data from any number of transaction logs to provide both current and historical data.
