Customer Insight for Insurance V1.0.4 delivers a set of pre-integrated analytical models and targeted user dashboards to help insurers gain a deeper understanding of their customers. Insurers that provide personal lines of insurance for auto, home, life, and annuity can now effectively plan and execute programs for customer acquisition, growth, and retention.

 

This solution includes IBM® Predictive Customer Intelligence, solution data models, reporting and dashboard templates, predictive and prescriptive models, and application interfaces for integration with operational systems. It uses enterprise and third-party data that is related to historical and current transactions, customer information, and location.

 

IBM Customer Insight for Insurance, formerly known as IBM Behavior Based Customer Insight for Insurance, is a focused solution that uses policyholder insight based on behavioral data sources coupled with the existing interaction data, empowering insurers to build more robust policyholder insight models.

 

Customer Insight for Insurance V1.0.4 includes the following features and capabilities:

  • Generate customizable segments and individual insights based on attitudinal research from the IBM Institute of Business Value (IBV) and customer behavior.
  • Predict life events that impact customer propensity for churn and new business opportunity.
  • Predict cross-sell propensity for growth.
  • Proactively identify "at risk" customers for churn within a customer segment.
  • Determine customer life events across the lifecycle of the customer relationship.
