Zend, the PHP Company, today announced the general availability of Zend Studio 10. The award-winning integrated development environment (IDE) for application developers using PHP, Zend Studio 10 streamlines the process of creating, testing and deploying PHP applications, with particular focus on mobile apps with a PHP back-end.
