COMMON, the largest user group of midrange IBM and IBM-compatible technology, has announced election results for their 2007–2008 board of directors. The election winners include two board members that were reelected to their second three-year terms, Dan Kimmel and Wayne Madden, and one new member, Bob Krzeczowski. "I would like to congratulate Dan Kimmel, Bob Krzeczowski, and Wayne Madden, and welcome them all to our board for the next three years," said Randy Dufault, president of the COMMON Board of Directors. "The time commitment required to oversee a user group like ours is substantial and they, as well as all of COMMON's volunteers, are making a significant personal sacrifice to ensure COMMON gets done what needs to get done. I would also like to thank all COMMON members that took the time to vote in this year's election."
