The 2009 study includes the results from 197 systems that participated in the study by running a PowerTech Security Assessment during 2008. On average, these 197 systems had 812 users and represented a variety of System i hardware models. In the six years PowerTech has been conducting this study, over 1,500 systems have been assessed, and the results are incorporated in all of the published PowerTech studies. Anyone concerned with IBM i security--including auditors, IT, and systems management--will benefit from learning how other organizations manage their security issues.
