IBM Sterling Order Management V9.5, IBM Sterling Configure, Price, Quote V9.5, and IBM Call Center for Commerce V9.5 enhance the capabilities that drive more differentiating customer interactions in selling and order fulfillment.

 

IBM® Sterling Order Management V9.5 helps improve the efficiency of the store associate:

  • Batch picking that helps drive efficiency in store order fulfillment.
  • Order capture in store that enables the store associates to assist customers in finding and buying products that are not available in store or are currently out of stock in the store.
  • Omni-channel returns processing in the store that enables the store to accept returned items that were purchased in the store or from any other channel.
  • Inventory availability information is more granular and richer to provide additional fulfillment options to customers.

IBM Sterling Configure, Price, Quote V9.5 provides additional capabilities for business-to-business (B2B) selling channels with:

  • The integration of Field Sales component with SalesForce1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that provides a complete quote to cash solution.
  • A modernized modular configurator that is lightweight and enabled for multidevice support.

IBM Call Center for Commerce V9.5 provides the following new capabilities:

  • Take over a cart for registered IBM WebSphere® Commerce ecommerce storefront users and complete the order on behalf of the customer.
  • Reship the product the customer ordered in the event of an unsuccessful delivery.
  • Schedule appointments for delivery of product and any provided services.
