Symtrax, a leader in enterprise reporting solutions, announced a new version release of their output management solution Compleo Suite 5.4 that allows users to monitor their document production remotely using a mobile device or the web. Users can simultaneously monitor multiple document productions with the ability to perform actions including: start document production, stop it, fix errors and restart production.

 

The intuitive interface allows users to address any problems that arise (for example with a printer) instantly and access production documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and packing lists from anywhere without the need to stay on the company’s premises.  “We are very excited for this new release of Compleo since it will simplify the monitoring of document production, without having to stay onsite for long hours even if the production is working 24/7” said Bernard Aldebert, Symtrax CEO.

 

Users can view the status of the processes in real time with a view of the activities including the number of documents processed successfully, documents in waiting and any errors.For the files with errors users can see detailed scenarios with actions to apply for corrections.Users can also search for and view archived documents using relevant details such as date, document type, name, etc.
