Here's a tip for those of you on V2R1 and doing TGTRLS(*PRV) in CL compiles. The CL commands in QSYSPRV are actually from V1R2, not V1R3! If you attempt to compile using a V1R3 function, the compile fails.
I found this when creating the CPYTOSAVF and CPYFRMSAVF utilities. MSGTYPE(*LAST) on the RCVMSG command was not introduced until V1R3.
A quick check of IBMLink revealed PTF SF07103 to correct the QSYSPRV library. This PTF is too large to download, so you must specify DELIVERY(*ANY) on the SNDPTFORD command.
The associated APARs are SA15683 and SA15249 (QSYS38 commands corrected with the same PTF).
