Help/Systems, one of the fastest-growing software providers in the Twin Cities, has been named to the Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota for the second year in a row after an employee-based survey from StarTribune. The company has moved headquarters to accommodate the fast growth.
StarTribune's Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about organizational health, job expectations, and employee engagement.
"The companies in the StarTribune Top 100 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies," said Michael J. Klingensmith, StarTribune Publisher.
The analysis included responses from over 64,300 employees at Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations. The rankings are based on survey information collected independently from a third-party provider.
"This achievement belongs to our excellent employees. Their Midwest work ethics and positive attitudes make our company a great place to work, grow, and succeed," said Janet Dryer, President and CEO of Help/Systems.
Help/Systems also recently moved to a new location at 6455 City West Parkway in Eden Prairie, adding 20,000 square feet of office space to accommodate the company's growth. Help/Systems is actively recruiting talented and skilled staff—from developers and testers to sales and support.
