Application Lifecycle Management is an integral part of modernization process. There is a growing need for modernization in the German, Swiss and Austrian as well as Middle East areas. Companies see the advantages of transforming their legacy software into modern, user-friendly and future-proof applications which can tremendously improve the way their businesses operate while keeping the value of utilizing a highly customized software. Achieving modernization goals in a stable and secure way can only be possible with involvement of a system that will guide them through the complexity of the project, analyze and secure their data, keep the track of software changes history and help them to deploy the new applications in a robust way. With a unified software change management workflow for IBM i powered by TD/OMS and X-Analysis it’s within reach. Additionally, Gravity, an IBM i task and workflow management system will bring an added value of smooth communication and collaboration between software development, devops and IT management who will be able to keep the track of the entire modernization project even better.
