IBM Kenexa Learning Content Management System on Cloud and the on Premises version add delivery and additional language options; IBM Kenexa Learning Management System provides human resource synchronization and additional language options.

 

IBM® Kenexa® Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and IBM Kenexa Learning Management System (LMS) can help you in the design and packaging of learning content.

 

To simplify your choices, Kenexa LCMS Premier on Cloud and the on premises version contain fewer tiers. With this simplification, you benefit from rapid maintenance of course updates as well as personalized delivery.

 

Kenexa LCMS enables e-learning to be delivered directly from Kenexa LCMS using Aviation Industry Computer-Based Training Committee (AICC) standards or other supported methods. Content is dynamically formatted at the time of delivery to meet the needs of the audience and the medium in which it is delivered.

 

Kenexa LCMS Premier capabilities:

  • Frequent content updates, helping lower the cost of content updates and distribution
  • Improved ability to help provide only updated content
  • Enhanced content branding capabilities, allowing branding for different departments, partners, corporate brands, as well as other branding possibilities

Kenexa LMS Human Resources (HR) Synchronization provides an automatic means of getting the latest employee data from your HR system of record into Kenexa LMS. This enables Kenexa LMS to have the correct information to support use cases, such as notifying a new manager of pending approvals that already exist for their team or automatically assigning new learning based on an employee's job or role change. Kenexa LMS provides the format for your import into Kenexa LMS. You are responsible for providing the import in the specified format. Up to eight hours of remote consulting services are provided to support installation, configuration, and data validation for the import. The remote consulting services expire 90 days from purchase.
