Kenexa LMS Human Resources (HR) Synchronization provides an automatic means of getting the latest employee data from your HR system of record into Kenexa LMS. This enables Kenexa LMS to have the correct information to support use cases, such as notifying a new manager of pending approvals that already exist for their team or automatically assigning new learning based on an employee's job or role change. Kenexa LMS provides the format for your import into Kenexa LMS. You are responsible for providing the import in the specified format. Up to eight hours of remote consulting services are provided to support installation, configuration, and data validation for the import. The remote consulting services expire 90 days from purchase.
