Users can now better manage GS1 Item Alignment activities from Oracle Product Hub.

LANSA Data Sync Direct Demand Side V6.6 has achieved Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle Product Hub 12.1. As a result, retailers, wholesale distributors, hospital networks, group purchasing organizations, private labelers, and brokers are able to better manage GS1 Item Alignment activities via the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) directly from Oracle Product Hub. This includes the ability to issue catalog item subscriptions; receive, evaluate and respond to inbound GTIN/product-related publications from suppliers; and view the results of GS1 Item Alignment activities in the Oracle Product Hub.

Jeff Holzman, LANSA’s director of solution products, said, “We are pleased to further our relationship with Oracle. The integration between LANSA Data Sync Direct Demand Side and Oracle Product Hub will give customers an improved, streamlined Item Alignment process based on the use of GS1 standards for retailers, distributors, hospital networks, group purchasing organizations, private labelers, manufacturers and brokers. We look forward to continuing and expanding our work with Oracle to bring our integrated solution to Oracle customers.”

“By achieving Oracle Validated Integration with Oracle Product Hub 12.1, LANSA Data Sync Direct Demand Side 6.6 will give retailers, wholesale distributors and hospitals access to valuable information across their value chain,” said Hardeep Gulati, Oracle vice president, PLM and PIM Product Strategy. “As a result, customers will now be able to effectively leverage a best-in-class GDSN solution for achieving faster and accurate product information exchange with their trading partners.”
