IBM UrbanCode Deploy V6.1.3 delivers capabilities that help reap the benefits of hybrid cloud.

 

IBM UrbanCode Deploy V6.1.3 includes UrbanCode for Patterns. It now contains the two products that combined, delivers the capabilities that enterprises need to deploy to cloud environments and on premises environments with equal control and visibility.

 

In UrbanCode Deploy, the term patterns is renamed "blueprints to align with the vocabulary of UrbanCode Deploy and to better reflect the powerful capabilities and repeatable nature of full-stack cloud deployments.

 

UrbanCode Deploy V6.1.3 includes the following capabilities:

  • Extends deployment capabilities to include multiple cloud and virtualized environments. Leveraging open standards as defined by OpenStack. UrbanCode Deploy optimizes continuous delivery throughput by automating infrastructure in the cloud.
  • Supports Docker containers and Bluemix™ (Cloud Foundry) while it provides the control and visibility enterprises need when using open source and community technologies.
