The Most Cost-Effective means to Transform Traditional IBMi Spool Files into Full-Color, Professional Forms!

TL Ashford announced the release of TLA Forms, a software package used to create full color forms using data from traditional IBMi spool files.  

TLA Forms is the new kid on the block in the IBMi forms space, but “The package offers an extremely robust toolset for a price currently unmatched in the market,” said Keith Suedkamp, product development lead for TLA Forms.  TLA Forms is offered for only $2,995.00 USD.

Forms are created in the TLA Forms Design Interface.  Data from existing IBMi spool files is selected and placed on the form as text, bar codes or graphics.  Data placed as Text can use an expanded font selection to enhance the form.  A wide variety of bar codes are available to meet any of your needs, including 2-dimensional bar codes like PDF-417 and QR Code.  Color images can be used for branding, and Overlays can eliminate pre-printed forms.  Draw tables/lines/rectangles/circles to give your form a professional finish.  

Maybe the best feature of all, is that anyone can design a full-color, professional form in about 10 minutes, but absolutely No Programming is required.  The TLA Forms software watches for the IBMi spool files to be generated, and when a spool file is generated, TLA Forms creates a pdf file of the form that is archived to the ifs.  The form can be automatically printed and automatically emailed.
