RJS Software Systems, provider of document management lifecycle software, has announced updates to SignHere, its electronic signature capture product. In less than two years, SignHere has quickly become one of RJS Software’s top-selling products—a true differentiator in the RJS document lifecycle product line, the company said. 

SignHere allows the authorized user to capture a digital signature with a signature pad device and then apply it to invoices, bills of lading, proofs of delivery and documents generated from the ERP system, IBM i spool file, Windows application and report or forms software. The product has sold especially well in the hospitality industry for check-in and key card applications and in manufacturing for dock-door, quality control and point-of-purchase processes, the company said.

With the latest update, SignHere has been enhanced in several ways:

• SignHere now contains a fully customizable toolbar allowing the user to design a layout that best matches their signature process. This robust tool can simplify a signature capture to a single click or add additional levels of security authorization.
• SignHere received multiple integration upgrades for WebDocs, RJS Software’s signature document management product. Enhancements include automated user verification, advanced output queue and file management and pre-population of key data fields.
• Users can now utilize SignHere technology via Anoto Pens and mobile phone or tablet applications. This provides organizations with two additional signature capture options, beyond the popular Topaz signature pad.
