Joy Cone selects IBM i paperless Accounts Payable solution to reduce paper, increase productivity.

IntelliChief LLC, a provider of paperless process management (PPM) solutions for IBM i (System i, iSeries, AS/400) enterprises, today announced that Joy Cone has selected IntelliChief to increase efficiency across department operations.  By choosing IntelliChief, Joy Cone says it is demonstrating a commitment to reducing its use of paper, while decreasing company costs and document processing time.

“We are excited to offer Joy Cone the operational efficiencies that the IntelliChief product will help bring to their processes,” said Michael R. Rooney, IntelliChief vice president of Sales and Marketing.

Through the elimination of paper and the automation of its purchase to pay and order to cash processes, Joy Cone can expect a return on investment with IntelliChief of less than 12 months, according to IntelliChief. Joy Cone’s IntelliChief solution will integrate directly with its Infor XA application.  The initial IntelliChief implementation at the company includes creating, capturing, processing, approving, and storing documents in its Accounts Payable process.
